Purchasing & shipping

Thank you for choosing to shop with The Wellnest Co. We aim to keep postage rates affordable and to ship our products to you with care.

Postage is currently $9.95 for all product orders (excludes digital products such as our online programs).

Purchasing: You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You may be liable for any costs associated with redirecting an order in the event incorrect purchase information is provided.

All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you. Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver to you.

Payment: The Wellnest Co will only accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX through our payment gateway Stripe. After you make payment, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order. For bulk purchasing and payments, please contact us.

Shipping: The Wellnest Co only ships to destinations within Australia at this time, via Australia Post.
We cannot guarantee delivery times however, you should receive your delivery within 3-7 working days. If you require insurance for your parcel, please contact us to discuss options and additional costs. Once we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can then track your order via the Australia Post website.

Cancellation of Orders: The Wellnest Co may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Refunds, Replacements & Repairs: All products are checked for faults prior to sending. In the rare event you receive products that are faulty, please contact us to discuss your options. Please include photographs and retain original packaging until a remedy has been reached between all parties (us, you, and our suppliers or manufacturers). You will be responsible for costs involved in returning the products to us.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, The Wellnest Co will not offer you a repair, replacement or refund if: you simply changed your mind; you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem; you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business, or were unclear about what you wanted; or if problem with a service was completely outside of the business’ control.
