The goal of this exercise is to help you become more aware of what you are feeling this very moment.

Key components of this exercise:

  • Awareness - What is going on with me right now?

  • Gathering - Turning your focus inward, toward an anchor like the breath.

  • Expanding - Widening your awareness to notice the breath and the body as a whole.
